Karlsruhe 17 December 1834, no. 17836, were married: the new budding local citizen "Emmanuel" Nagel, a legitimate unmarried son of the deceased local citizen and master shoemaker Johann Philipp Nagel and his wife Maria Katharina, née Süß, Evangelical [Protestant] faith, and with him Magdalene Scholl, a legitimate unmarried daughter of the local citizen and master mason Philipp Scholl and his deceased wife Christine, née Krauß, likewise Evangelical [Protestant] faith. You're welcome, Kent. The marriage records generally do have the most text because you have the groom and his parents, the bride and her parents, and the witnesses. It's not bad to translate when the handwriting is as neat and legible as in this marriage record. It's also a great help to have the full image with other records on the page. The vital records are usually quite formulaic and if you get stumped on a word, you can look at the other records to see if you can figure it out. That's why translators don't like snippets.

Yes when I went to BYU for translation help I saw this in action. The problem was that they didn't have anyone with near the skills you have.
