Hello @Martha Murray
Translation:
On the 16th of December 1813 died here early at 8:00 am and was buried on the 18th of the same month in the morning at 10:00 am Sibÿlla Engler(in), born at Landeck. Age: 52 years, 4 months, 27 days. Whose husband was the late Georg Kahl, citizen and "home citizen" (local official) here.
Witnesses: (1) Christian Bürk, citizen and carpenter here, age: 44 years. (2) Karl Nattermann, citizen and cooper here, age: 38 years.
Mundingen, on the 18th of January [sic] 1813. Ferdinand Zandt, pastor. [Date should probably be 18 December 1813.]
Comments: Sorry, Martha, but I don't know why a burial would need witnesses.
Regarding "Heimbürger" (home citizen), here is a link about this occupation from the German Wikipedia: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heimb%C3%BCrger
