Hello Kent,
Translation:
Heading at top of page: In the year 1875 were married:
Number: 6.
Marriage date: 11 Mar 1875.
Groom: Wilhelm Phil[ipp] Weick, mason here, 29 years old, widower here.
Groom's parents: Philipp Weick, day laborer here, and Margaretha, née Roth.
Bride: Philippine Scholl, 38 years old, unmarried.
Bride's parents: [?] Wilhelm Scholl, farmer here, and Margaretha, née Weber.
Remarks: III. 122.
Written across bottom of the record is the pastor's signature: H. Zimmern?, pastor.
My comments:
This is what I read in the Marriage date column: "11 März auf H. U. vom 11 März 1875". I am not familar with the abbreviation "H. U." But because both dates are the same, you can feel comfortable that the marriage took place on 11 March 1875.
I am not sure what the abbreivation or symbol is before the bride's father's name. It might be a poorly-formed + indicating that the father was deceased (which he was at the time of this marriage, having died in 1858).

Philippine Scholl was the youngest of 8 children. Her father Wilhelm died in 1858 and she got married in 1875. So yes, it is probably a cross meaning that her father had passed away.
Good to see Wilhelm Weick's profession again!
