Thank you @Marion Wolfert
I cannot find evidence of a village resembling the spelling of "Schoedderich" in Meyers Gazette. Are you confident of that translation?

It's not a perfect match but have you considered the place called "Schörderup" not too far to the west of Vogelsang?
Here is the link for Schörderup from Meyers Gazetteer: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20756039

Yes, @Robert Seal_1 , I toyed with that possibility, but seemed to a bit of a stretch from what I was seeing in that record. Nevertheless here is an example of that very village in a 1764 record.

In this record the place is: Schöderop, which is very close to Schörderup.
In the 1763 birth record, the scribe is very consistent about including the dot on all the letters "i". I don't see a dot on what would be the "i" in "Schödderich".
Rather I see a bogen (curved mark) over a "u" (compare with the similar curved mark over the "u" in the word "aus" immediately preceding) making the place "Schödderuch". Again, not a perfect match but certainly closer to "Schörderup.
