Good morning Kent,
This is a great find!
The four column headings translate as: Name | Born | Married | Died.
Translation of the entries:

Friederike Heilmann, born 11 Oct 1816.
Married: 4 May 1848.
Children:

(2) Friederike Philippine, born 4 Nov 1850.
(3) Augustine Philippine, born 31 Jan 1853.
Emigrated in the year 1854 with his family to America.

"Wanderte im J[ahr] 1854 mit seiner Familie nach Amerike aus"
(Thanks to @Ulrich Neitzel for identifying the last word as "aus".)

Thank you for explaining what the slash through the record means. I've seen this before and have wondered what it meant. You taught me something new today, Kent!

I agree. Indexing doesn't work on these type of records and at this point you have to go through them record by record in order to find them. But once you have one it is like gold. Thanks for helping me understand this valuable document. You bring the docs alive!!!

I read somewhere that when the record is crossed out like in this document it means they immigrated to America. So that fits with your translation!
Can you give me the German for the last sentence?

@Robert Seal and @Kent Gardiner
I am quite sure the last word is "aus", auswandern = emigrate
