my transcription:
Asmus Henrichsen, des Südenseer Hüfners in Grünholtz Matthias Henrichsen u. Elsabe Christina geb. Lorenzen ehel. Sohn mit Jgfr Anna Christina Petersen, des köngl. Bohlsm. in Schauby Peter Petersen u. Catharina Marg. geb. Baßen ehel. Tochter.
Translation:
Asmua Henrichsen, legitimate son of the "Südenseer Hufner" Matthias Henrichsen in Grünholz and Elsabe Christina née Lorenzen, with maid Anna Christina Petersen, legitimate daughter of the royal "Bohlsmann" in Schauby Peter Petersen and Catharina Marg[arethe] née Baßen.
Bo(h)lsmann = farmer (Hufner) with about 20-50 ha land
The meaning of "Südenseer Hufner" is still somewhat unclear to me

Again, many thanks @Ulrich Neitzel !!
The only "Schauby" I can find is two villages across the fjord in Sonderburg. However, Meyers Gazetteer does list a Schauby Mühle (a mill) in the Südensee area.

In response to my question yesterday about a 1768 birth record for Anna Christina Petersen, you speculated that her mother's maiden name was "Carstensen". Would you please compare that 1768 record with this 1791 marriage record where you initially speculated yesterday that her mother's maiden name was "Baßen" and see whether the two records can be reconciled??
I'm having difficulty tracking down her mother's own marriage or death records because I'm not sure of the exact location of the "Schauby" that is referenced in her daughter's birth and marriage records.

The handwriting is most distinct in the 1791 record, with clearly distinguished letters. The maiden name of Catharina Margarethe has five letters, of which I would now identify the first as an "L" (not "B") when comparing to the name "Lorenzen" three lines above. Thus the name would be "Laßen". In modern German this would mostly become "Lassen". In fact, this name is rather concentrated in that area even today, see map below (from http://wiki-de.genealogy.net/Lassen_(Familienname) )
"Carstensen" for the 1768 record was just a speculation; "Laßen" fits better there as well.
NB: @Robert Seal_1 mentioned the possibility that the location Schauby is in fact Esgrusschauby, a village next to Esgrus and Grünholz. That appears very probable to me.

@Ulrich Neitzel and @Robert Seal_1
MANY THANKS TO BOTH OF YOU! All of that makes sense to me and fits more closely with prior information.
