My additions/correction in bold:
The widower and Hufner Claus Friedrich Friedrichsen of Gammelby and the jungfrau Anna Christina Hinrichsen, legitimate daughter of the Abnahme-Hufner Asmus Hinrichsen of Grünholz in the community of Esgrus and Anna Christina geb. Petersen
Witnesses - Asmus Hinrichsen of Grünholz and Peter Carstensen of Schegewulf(?).
After the very highest permission for home marriage has been submitted.
d.d. ____.? 26 October 1822.
Comments:
"Abnahmehufner" is a designation for a category of farmers - sorry, I can't explain the specifics.
I am not sure if the words ("vom Schegewulf") after Peter Carstensen are part of the name or a location

I posted the image again because it looked like the first time it was not uploaded.

@Ulrich Neitzel Thanks for filling in the blanks. It's remarkable that once I knew the one surname was 'Petersen', my eyes could distinguish the letters.
