    @maryrjurgaitis Sorry, but this is sad. If this is close family, it may be difficult to find out. Our love to you. I have worked for 33 years at a major trauma center and have seen this.

    It appears to be: "Shock and hemorrhage following bullet wound of the head, bullet fired from a gun held in the deceased own hand and fired with suicidal intent."

    The rest of the document is difficult to read. Can you transcribe the information of the spouse and the place of birth of the mother?
