I am trying to login to my account that I had with Family Search in order to add information to it and I received a message "OOPs, Expired State Token" What does this mean and how can I please, log into it now? Please and thank you for your assistance.

Kathleen

Probably the best thing for you to do is call the family search help line and ask for assistance. The help line is available at 866-406-1830 from 8 am to 8 pm MT Monday thru Sat. 1pm to 8pm on Sunday.

@kathleen29918 this is normally a temporary thing, I would close the browser, reopen it and try again. The fact that you successfully used Community to post would indicate that your username and password are fine (unless you created a second account, of course).
