Slideshow from photos in an album in Memories Gallery - No longer available?

You are correct. Unfortunately, the slideshow option is no longer available. It might come back in some form, eventually, but for now it remains unavailable.

However…the albums once again allow you to customize the order of memories. Once you go into an album and sort the memories specifically, I guess you could always click on the first memory, then use either your computer arrow keys or the "<" and ">" (previous and next) options at the top of the screen to go through all your memories in the correct order. Unfortunately, this options has the downfall that it will show your Memories in the Memory Viewer, which might not be ideal.
