Problems in checking documents within the Italian website of the Ministry of Culture
Hi, I'm trying to build my family tree, but I'm having issues in seeing the record saved in the official website of the Italian Ministry of Culture "dam-antenati.cultura.gov.it". I've never been able to open those links, since the website gives me a "403 Forbidden" error. I'm stucked! I also tried another browser, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

@Stefania6058 I would start by going to the Italy Research Group, they have many experts to assist you in your FamilySearch. Instead of the URL you are trying you should try to go to Anteati. You may also want to use FamilySearch Wiki for Italy.

Are you clicking a link from FamilySearch? I have never seen one unless it was a source that I created.
Or are you having trouble searching on the actual site (which is a bit quirky)?

If you are trying to access Italian records at https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ then please note that you will get that message if you are using a VPN. Antenati rejects all VPNs.
