Can I change the default Temple Icon Colors?
We have some color-blind folks using FamilySearch. They cannot distinguish between the green and orange temple icons. Is there a way for them to customize these colors?

Currently this is not available but Adobe have just brought out a new tool for programmers to help them understand the needs of individuals who are colourblind. The team here are always open to ways of improving user experiance. I would use the link below to make the suggestion. I am sorry this was not the news you were hoping for, but please do make the suggestion.
For other kinds of additional needs there are many things available in the Accessibility section of your web browser in Settings. It includes colour overlays, screen readers and enhanced contrast for those with impaired sight.

I note that FamilySearch, like most responsible websites, aims to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG): see https://www.familysearch.org/en/about/accessibility-statement.
The relevant WCAG item appears to be https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#use-of-color, section 1.4.1 ('Use of Color'), which doesn't in fact demand colour customisation options, instead expecting the website to also provide a non-colour-dependent way of differentiating.
The FS page I linked to above provides contact information for those wishing to report WCAG compliance failures, so @Dana Repouille I would go there.
