Good morning. According to the FamilySearch catalog, the book has not yet been digitized. https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/catalog/koha:421131
Worldcat.org shows over 200 libraries with a physical copy. https://search.worldcat.org/title/12693157
Worldcat does not include all libraries; a check of your local library's catalog may be useful.

@Donald E62 If you would like to own the book, you might check with Amazon to see if they have a copy of Burton Spear (ed.), Search for the Passengers of the Mary & John, 1630, volume 25. I did take a peek there for you, and they listed a Mary & John Clearing House in paperback, but I did not notice a price or availability.
