Thank you so much for this information.

I have another question. We have a volunteer at the Center who just inherited a lot of family history paperwork from the deceased parents of her husband. We have a group of about 10 of us who are going to meet at the Center on a Monday to help her see whether these people are already in FS, and if not, add them and try to find sources for them. Is it possible to have all 10 of us use her Helper Number at the same time to get assess to her account, so that all the changes are under her name, and she will have a list of those Recently Viewed?

Yes, it is possible for 10 of you to use her Helper Number at the same time. Then any changes the helpers make while in Helper Mode on her behalf will appear under her name. However, people that are visited by helpers are not added to the Recents list for the person they are helping. The helpers will see those people in the Recents list during the time they are helping, but they are shown in a separate section of the Recents list titled "Temporary list of recently-viewed people while helping." That title helps you understand that the Recents list of the person being helped is unaffected.

The changes made by the helpers will appear in the My Changes tab of My Contributions. So that could be a way that the person being helped could have a way to see the profiles to which sources were attached.
