FHC research hire?
Several years ago I accessed a database at my local FHL that is now restricted to microfilm-only. I’d like to engage the assistance of someone willing to access this database for me at the FHC and if possible send me copies/screenshots. I have names and exact dates of birth.

@Lemm You may want to contact the Salt Lake Family History Library at phone 1-801-240-6996 to see if they can access that database or you can call Family Search Support Help at 1-866-406-1830 to set up a free online consultation appointment. Also, https://www.cyndislist.com may be able to assist if you want to hire a professional genealogist. Best wishes, Mary

I have the same question and issue! Something I used to be able to view online as recently as a few months ago is now "restricted" and I need an 'official' copy of it. I have the reference, I just need to hire someone local to Utah to go get a physical copy and mail it to me!
From what I can tell, the online 20-min help cannot access the microfilm or library materials on your behalf. Did you find a solution, Lemm?

@CookieDogg
I usually suggest Cyndi's List for a researcher based near the main Library:https://www.cyndislist.com/us/ut/professionals/Hope this helps!

Thank you! I had seen this list and checked a few out. I wish there was a service to hire a University of Utah student or maybe a stay at home mom -I don't need a full on genealogist, just someone who can follow a card catalog and use a xerox machine and takes Venmo :) I might try a Facebook Marketplace post. Thank you again for replying!
