I assume you are seeing this:
If not, please advise. If you are, make sure you click inside the Username box. Some websites automatically place the cursor there, with this page you have to do that yourself. Enter your username, then click in the Password box, enter your password and then click on SIGN IN.

You would be unable to post here without signing in. In other words, you're signed in to the Community. The process for signing in to the main FamilySearch site is the same.
