    @Donaldsongr
    Good morning. If you want to work together with family members, you may want to explore some new options.

    CET Trees (controlled-edit): The dedicated feedback group may be of use: https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/338-cet-feedback
    Family Group Trees: https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/321-family-group-trees-feedback

    Best of luck with your research.

    @Donaldsongr I agree with Áine.ní.Donnghaile and I would head over to the Family Group Trees Learning Center to get started with a tree your family can work on together.

    Family group trees are a type of family group that lets families work together in Family Tree. In a family group tree, group participants can add or modify information about the same living persons within the same tree. This includes being able to add and view memories and sources—everything you can do now with deceased persons. In a family group tree, all group members can see and edit all of the same people, including living people.

    With family group trees, we hope to provide FamilySearch users with several important benefits:

    Connect your living family. Foster unity.

    Gather your family into a group, and see the same pedigree. Involve your family in navigating their family history as a team. Enrich your history with photos, stories, and sources.

    Share and protect.

    Share memories and milestones while they are still fresh, and protect everyone’s online privacy.

    Leave a legacy.

    Ensure that future generations of your family can access this information to learn about your life.
