I recieved 4 new Windows 11 all in ones for one of our FSC started installing them the only come up
I received 4 new Windows 11 all-in-ones for one of our FSCs. Started installing them, but they only came up with the Image user id. After updating drivers, etc., still comes up with only the Image user id, but this time it is asking for a password. Admin password in Doc's does not work.
These did not follow the installation instructions that came with the boxes. There are no executables within this load to go any further.

This is a known issue (the included instructions are incorrect), and when you contact FamilySearch Center Support, they will resolve it.

Thanks, @Ken Richins - NA FSCS Specialty Lead I figured that would be the case. Our old Stake, where I was the STS, split, and I was appointed as the STS for the new stake. We have two FamilySearch Centers (FSCs) in our stake, but they haven't transitioned yet, so it's been quite messy trying to resolve everything while also getting the updated systems in place.
