Restricted Records?
In looking at this Catalog listing for Albemarle County, Virginia...,
Is it possible to confirm if three of the last four items listed are indeed supposed to be restricted. Seems odd that just those would be so marked. Could it be a 'technical' issue vice a contractual limitation especially in that Vol 28 has no restrictions.…

I know this won't really help, @Mark McKenzie_1 but 7643856 (the 3rd item on your list above) has multiple parts. Parts 3 and 4 are listed separately, as shown:
There may be other sections with later years. That could cause a restriction.

@Mark McKenzie_1 Yeah, I agree this doesn't look quite right. Without knowing the details of the contract, it's impossible to say if the errors are in the restrictions or in what is accessible. It will have to be sent to Rights Management for review.
