Internal Server Error ?

This is new. Within the past half hour, everything keeps leading to "Internal Server Error".

What is going on?

Although I have not been able to access my homepage when logged in since then.

But the past half hour I have not been able to do anything. Receiving error messages. "Something went wrong", "We are unable to display the record for this source. Please try again later.", "There is an error while reading the data with the server."
