Another restricted parish register? Why?
Records from the parish register of the village of Brehy / Magaspart (today Slovakia), specifically "Vol. Nr. 208A Baptisms, marriages, deaths 1852-1896", film 1573450 Item 8, which were previously available, are currently showing me as locked, although in my opinion there is no reason for them to be locked. I have already contacted the Familysearch helpdesk about this problem, and they say they CAN display photos from this record. Is this a bug or is it intentional? If it is intentional, why can not I view it?

The Help Desk will have viewed with LDS facility privileges. I know that doesn't answer why you can't view, only why they could.

@Denis6153 Metadata for Item 8 is showing records up to 1937, which triggered No Access. When the error is an obvious typo it can easily be corrected but for this one it had to be sent for review of the images. It may take a while for the restriction to be removed.
