I am not connected to any of the above, but I know that there is an error regarding the parentage of someone on 'Family Search'. I cannot work out, from the info above, how to correct this error. How do I do so, please?

It will depend on what the error is. If you post the PID (the seven character reference near their name at the top of their page) of both parent and child and say what you see as being wrong then someone here may be able to suggest how to fix it.
