@Dorothy Elaine Thomas Panton what is the specific problem you are experiencing, please? And please provide a Family Tree id, link, or screenshot, if possible, to help this Community investigate for you.

@Peggy Diane Overstreet Sharer unfortunately, Charles R Thomas is a common name. As MandyShaw1 said, we need a person ID number or a screenshot so we can help.

The other option. Go to your father's page

"Latest Changes" in right most column side. Click on "Show All" at the bottom of the section.

You should see if your grandparents are listed there. Copy the PID and take necessary steps to re-link if they are already delinked.

Unfortunately, the person that made the initial post seems to have logged in with a 2nd account to provide the Charles R Thomas name.

Using 2 (or more) accounts, without understanding how it all works, would not only create a problem with responding to us, but also would likely be a source of confusion for family tree work.

@ShelleWells Can you go into the discussion comments by @Peggy Diane Overstreet Sharer and by @Dorothy Elaine Thomas Panton as a Helper to see what they might have done as they tried to find their answers?
