Iowa WWII Draft Registration 4: April 27, 1942; men ages 45–65

PID 9JH6-5ZH (Henry Theodore Espenhover) has the source attached, and the image is available and can also be found by searching the collection. PID MSMT-M4V (Joseph Peter Eich) also has the source attached, but this one shows "image unavailable", and the record can not be found by searching the same collection. Any insights why this collection is no longer "available" for searching/attaching?
