@DittmerPhilH I would reach out to byu.edu about your issue. FamilySearch does not maintain that site.

As of the 21st of December, the saintsbysea address still does not respond, although byu does. If it doesn't come up by the 22nd, I'd echo what ShelleWells said and contact byu.edu's admin about it. It may be down for maintenance over the weekend?
I like one of the 19th century quotes from it that I saw on a news article:
