Death Record No. 6, Tłokinia Parish, of Franciszka Kasprzak, born Nowak, who died in Zduny on 16th April 1827, at 2 pm, death reported on 17th April 1827, at 10 am, she lived 20 years. At death she left widowed husband, Tomasz Kasprzak. Death reported by Tomasz Kasprzak, a farmer, 26 years old, husband of the deceased, and Michał Kasprzak, a farmer, 50 years old, both living in Zduny. After confirming with my own eyes the death of Franciszka Kasprzak, this record was read and signed.
