Translation:

On the 22nd of January [1731]: a little boy was born to the world, whose parents were Clauss Muser, the cooper, and Sara Brombacher. Because of his [the child's] weakness he was baptized by me, the pastor, in the house, and in 10 hours [or in the 10th hour] thereafter, died again.

My comments. Even though the child was baptized his name is not recorded in this record.

The last two words in the record are: "weider gestorben" = died again, which simply means "died".
