Discussion turned into Announcement in the Germany Research Community

On 20 November 2025 I posted as a New Discussion a reminder to the members of the Germany Research community how to post a translation request with the title "Help Us to Help You with Your Translation Requests". A few days later an unknown moderator changed my discussion to an announcement and placed it under "Announcements" on the Germany Research homepage. I don't have a problem with that BUT I now have people sending their request via this message in the "Announcements" section. Could a moderator please either "close" this announcement or remove my name from the announcement so I no longer get requests sent from this announcement? Thank you.
