Searching for [name removed], father of [name removed] Martínez (born 1970, New York)
Hello everyone,
I’m searching for information about (name removed), probably born between 1941 and 1943 in the United States.
He had a son named (name removed), who was born in New York in September 1970, but there was no further contact afterwards.
I don’t have additional details about where he (name removed) lived or whether he is still alive. Any guidance or record that could help locate him (birth, residence, or death records) would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance for any help you can provide.

While we do not provide the opportunity for names and data of living people to be posted on this format there are formats where this can be done. Of course looking for Obits is always availble. We hope that is not where you find him. In the US we do have online registries of people that track phone numbers of individuals and their family connections. A lot of these records can be found on places like ancestry.com or just on google searches. Other records of interest could be the voting records. If you are related to this person you might look into DNA connections. You might also determine networks he may have through friends or employment. The 1950 census record has been released in the USA and if you know who he may be living with you might look in that direction for a clue. And Obit records are available that might provide clues also.
If anyone knows of more ways to locate someone in the USA and their son in the USA please post those anwers here.
Good luck with you search.

I've had good success tracing family lines thru Ancestry and for US residents, newspapers.com - these are paid-subscription sites, but during the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays both are running specials. Also, when you know family member names, try Google for free listings of addresses, possible phone numbers. —-Many local newspapers have free archives or if you know someone who has a paid subscription, they might be willing to help. — also Classmates.com is a free yearbook site — I've found several people and pictures there and I've even found classmates who turned out to be distant relatives.
