Is it possible to get a list of all the people, living and deceased, attached to my family tree?

It is not possible to do this in FamilySearch. There is just one huge Family Tree with over a billion names in it, and so the term "my family tree" is quite ambiguous. It might mean one thing to some people (all their direct ancestors) and another thing to other people (all their direct ancestors and their siblings) and something else to others. Depending on the definition, some people could have tens or even hundreds of thousands of people in "their family tree"; for these and other reasons, there is no such feature in FamilySearch.

However, you can use a third-party tree application that syncs with Family Tree (such as RootsMagic or Ancestral Quest). When you sync your data with such an application, you will choose exactly which parts of your family tree gets synced from the big Family Tree to your app (thus eliminating the ambiguity I mentioned above). Then many of those applications have a feature that allows you to list all the people in your application's database.
