I wanted to post this suggestion, as sometimes someone having login issues or "Oops" messages occurring too often might find this useful. Browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or others often have an Incognito or Private session option, that one could start in. This uses a browser session that does not use information from cookies from before, nor does it store anything after you close the session. So you'd have to log back into FamilySearch, as an example.

But the usefulness can be that you can see whether you can login without issue, or stop getting those "Oops" messages as much, which can tell you whether you've got corrupt data or other issues with your regular browser or cache, and then move on from there with that information.

Just one of many tools to try.
