1925 Denmark census, source linker shows daughter as "wife"; no way to edit

Thoger Christensen Thogersen MQDC-YK2

The 1916 Denmark census shows that

Hansine Thøgersen is Thoger's daughter and his wife is Jensine Pedersen.

The 1925 census source linker wants to attach Hansine as his wife. I don't know how to change this alignment. There doesn't seem to be a way to edit the indexed information.

Both the 1916 census & the 1925 census are attached to Thoger.

Can this problem be corrected so that the source linker lines up with his daughter?

@LAHS6 Yours is a good question, and the answer is 'yes' it can be fixed. As you seem to already have observed sometimes editing the indexed information can be done, but in this case the image itself doesn't appear and editing isn't available. So now what?, you ask.

If you think about the source linker as a sort of "Rubik's Cube" of names, you can shift the positions of the names around so they align with their correct roles and can then be linked.

It takes a little bit of trial and error to get them in the right position, and I was ultimately able to put Hansine on the left, aligned with Hansine on the right as a daughter but I didn't link the documents because I thought you might want to do this yourself.

As a postscript, thought you should know the label 'wife' still accompanies Hansine in the left hand column but that's a non-issue because after you link the document the data on the right retains the correct roles for Thoger, Jensine and Hansine.

    Happy hunting!
