Full text search catalog disappears at random times

Occasionally the FTS catalog will only show 28 files - mostly New Zealand. At other times the full catalog. Any idea what's going on?

I'm signed in for all occasions.

  @Margaret in Menlo Park By "FTS catalog", I assume you mean the Collection list. Are you still having a problem viewing the full list?
