It would be great to have an update to this article, or a new post that further explains what it means to "submit a name to the temple". Given the new tools in place since this article was written, such as "Ordinances Ready", it's still somewhat unclear what "ticks the box" on the ward and stake quarterly reports as far as members submitting names to the temple during the quarter. By reading older articles out there, some say that sharing a name with the temple is "submitting". Others mention that printing a FOR card is submitting, or printing a card from home and taking it to the temple is submitting. Maybe all of these count as submitting a name, but it would be good to understand the latest and greatest on this topic. Thanks!

@Bryan Standley Thank you for your comment. Additional articles have been updated. The article, "Ordinances Ready: Receive Names to Take to the Temple" may be helpful and provide further information.
