Source Linker
On a 1931 Canada Census a member of a neighboring family was included in the source linker of a family. Looking at the image, it is easy to see that the extra person belongs to the family next door. Here is the link to the page: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHJ-2Q53-8QCP?view=index&personArk=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3A6RSY-RK5J&action=view&cc=5000196&lang=en&groupId=
Line 20 is the start of the Wm. Robert Stewart family. Directly above him is Elizabeth Thompson in her family. However, she is the one that is included in the Source Linker with the Wm Robert Stewart family and cannot be attached.
How can I fix this?

It looks like you cannot fix this at this time. There has been a problem reported frequently here in Communities with people in an index vanishing from the index if editing is done. Apparently the engineers have isolated the problem, turned off the functions that cause this, and, I hope, are working on fixing it. So keep this on your list of things to do and check back every few months to see if you can edit the census index and fix the problem.
If you look at the record for William there is a new notification regarding the change in the editor.
In the past, to fix an index by editing a household you would click the arrow at the top:
Clicking it takes you to the full listing of people on the page with a link "Manage Index":
In order to move a person from one household to another, you would click on "Manage Indexes" and drag the person to the proper spot. However that link has been deactivated.
In the meantime, if you know who this Elizabeth Thompson is, you can still attach her source to the right person in Family Tree. If her family does not exist in Family Tree you will need to create profiles for each family member first. Then after you have found or created Elizabeth, copy her ID number.
Next go to the source linker:
Use the Change Person button on the left to move Elizabeth to the Focus Person position:
Then click on the Change Person button on the right to open that pop up:
Paste Elizabeth's ID into the box to put her Family Tree profile into the right hand column of the source linker. You will then be able to attache the her census source to her Family Tree profile.

@YoungstromGeorgiannKae1 The problems in editing the 1931 Canada Census are different from the current known "across the board" editing issues. This census was released in between two edit architectures, creating limits on what can be edited. The records engineering team is aware and agree that it needs to be fixed, so keep checking back.
