Incorrect information on this site, how to get this removed?

FamilySearch Family Tree is a single global collaborative tree. If you are absolutely certain the information you are looking at is wrong (rather than relating to another individual with a similar name, etc.), and you have sources you can attach as needed to verify your alterations, and your change wouldn't contradict any existing attached source, you can edit the relevant profile/relationship yourself.
If you want to communicate with another contributor to the profile/relationship, you may be able to do so by clicking on their name in the Change Log, though they may have chat disabled and are anyway not obliged to respond.
If none of this helps, please do post again with more details, including the relevant URL (assuming the person is deceased - we can't discuss living people here in Community).

Good morning: Can you provide an example of the information you think is incorrect and we can demonstrate the needed changes.

Are you talking about Family Tree or historical record indexes?

I'm having this same problem. A sister-in-law who is listed as a sister. It's going to look really weird when I link her with her husband!
