His record (No. 15) actually begins on the right side of that image and continues onto the next image (which I'm assuming you're wanting translated as well). FamilySearch seems to be experiencing some issues loading images right now so I could never get a full resolution version to load. Finally, I gave up and viewed it directly through the Baden-Württemberg State Archives:
    http://landesarchiv-bw.de/plink/?f=4-1118291-41

    It says:
In the year one thousand eight hundred and forty-six after the birth of Christ, on the ninth of April (9 April 1846) at five o’clock in the evening, was born here in lawful wedlock and on the twenty-third of April at one o’clock in the afternoon was baptized Emil Wilhelm, son of Wilhelm Geiger, the local Schulverwalter** and citizen of Daudenzell, District of Mosbach, and of Elisabetha née Kappes.

The baptismal sponsors were: Andreas Kappes, citizen and master carpenter in Zuzenhausen, who is also a witness to the birth, and his wife Elisabeth, née Dürr; and Emilia, the legitimate unmarried daughter of Wilhelm Christoph Gottlieb Kaüffe, citizen and merchant here, represented by her stepmother Charlotte Kaüffe née Deÿhle. An additional witness to the birth was Albert Lich, citizen and apothecary here. All persons are of the Protestant confession.

**Schulverwalter literally means school administrator. I'm uncertain whether it was being used here to describe what we might call a principal/headmaster (supervising other teachers) or if he was leading/teaching a one-room village school (administering his pupils' education).
