How to send a link to my normal, everyday, non-CET tree?

Friends, I am struggling to do something that must be very simple. What am I doing wrong?

I often wish to send a link to my FS family tree to friends or family. But I want to give them the locked version. I don't want to invite them to my CET tree where they have the power to make changes. How can I create or copy a link to my normal, everyday, non-CET tree—the same tree that normal folks have outside our CET group? Each time I tree my friends say the link does not work.

Sorry to bother, but grateful for your attention.

Dave

If you send a link to YOUR profile, no one else can access it because your profile is protected. Profiles of the living can only be viewed by the person who created them.
If you want to share details of your deceased family with others, you need to send a link to a deceased ancestor - your grandparents or great-grandparents or great-great-grandparents, depending on how young you are.
