How do I change the parents for a deceased person I added?

This person was not in the FamilySearch system until I added him. I'm not sure how, but he ended up with the incorrect parents. I can find no way to change the father and mother, nor can I find a way to delete the person and start over.

Note: I am having a hard time believing I entered the incorrect parents.

Thank you for any help you you can assist with.

    Please see:

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/181809/how-do-i-alter-a-date-in-my-family-tree

That post deals with how to edit dates, but the profile page is also where you edit relationships using the Edit Relationship pencil icons:

Also, if you would like to post the ID number of the person you added, someone would likely be able to explain how you ended up with the wrong parents and how to avoid this in the future.

Thank you. Great step-by-step directions that directed me to go the parent's tree, then to their child's name to bring up the editing page; the only way to get to the editing page and literally the only path I didn't take previously.

To avoid mistakes in the future I will use ID numbers which will give me the resulting names to confirm before adding - A great "doublecheck" failsafe.

    Thanks again.
