Full Name Review - how to add surname field
When the first/last name shows in the given name field, how can I get the surname field to populate? It currently gives me a blue field that says to drag/drop the name, but I can't do anything with this field. What am I doing wrong?

In step 3, go down to Add Or Revove Fields. Click on Surname, then Update. You'll then have a surname field and you can type the surname there and delete the surname written in the given name box.

@barbaragailsmith1 and @MariePate1 First, you need to type the surname into its own given name box, then in Step 3 you can go to Add Or Remove Fields to click on Surname, then Update then you can drag/drop the name from its Given Name Box into the Surname Box then go to Step 4 to check/correct the spelling on both the Given and the Surname then hit Done

maryellenstevensbarnes1 sounds like there aren't two given name boxes (only one), in which case first the two names need to be highlighted separately so they're not in the same box. That way there would be two boxes and the box with the surname could be dragged down after the surname field is added. I wasn't even thinking of the highlights. My bad. But once the names are highlighted separately, they each might be in the proper boxes after all because AI would recognize the surname as a surname. Is that clear as mud?

@barbaragailsmith1 I thought about that, but then thought the question was about dragging process but I believe you're right about the names being recognized by AI so thanks for adding that info 😎
