It is my understanding that photos (attached in memories) of deceased individuals in a casket were not appropriate in Family Tree. Thoughts? (see KWCP-R8M)

I just re-read the photo upload guidelines, and I don't see a restriction against photos of deceased persons. I believe Findagrave has a policy against post-mortem photos.

Findagrave rules - in "What are the general photo guidelines?"

    •    No post-mortem photos.

As @Áine Ní Donnghaile mention, FamilySearch has no written restriction in the Upload Guidelines and Policies. Which means, those Memories will not be restricted.

However, it is important to note that in FamilySearch's Privacy Notice, they are concerned about uploading images of living people without their consent.

I looked over the PID example you gave above, and I think that might be a bigger issue….many of these Memories might show living individuals who have not given their consent.
