Help with Relationships
There are several records which detail individuals that I'm trying to sort out, especially their relationships. This First One directs a partition of estate of Logan James and this Second Record details the sale of the land which I believe is associated with that first record. And for good measure here's Another Related Record. The individuals mentioned include Jesse Bond and Moses Bond, brothers, Liston Nowabbi, and Logan James' wife, Lucy who subsequently marries a James D Harrison
Key question concerns relationship between Logan James, the Bond brothers, and Liston Nowabbi. I've been able to find plenty of records, but nothing to help with establishing any family connections.
Any help much appreciated

@Mark McKenzie_1 This is an interesting conundrum. At first reading through, I'd say that Moses Bond, Jesse Bond and Liston Nowabbi all married daughters of Logan James & Lucy Long. We know Jesse's wife is Mary. But with Mary having 7 adult children and one daughter who died (8 in all) I can't make sense out of the 1/36th that goes to Jimmie Buchanan. That would indicate that Moses, Jesse & Liston all had 12 kids. (1/3 to each of them, and 1/12th to each of their kids) I can't see how else Jimmie would have received 1/36th of the whole estate. But, have you looked at this record for Lucy Battiste requesting the estate of Elizabeth Cole? It indicates that one Jesse Bond was the son of Nastula Pain (male) and lists other relatives. Liston Nowabbi is a witness for her. But it doesn't have anything on Moses Bond. So, I don't know exactly what this means. Also of interest might be the determination of heirs of Lucy Harrison which lists her grandson Charlie Nowabbi.
I would spend time researching more on the Bonds and Nowabbi (Noabbi, Noahby) see if there are other documents that indicate relationship to anyone else. When you take into account that Lucy Long/James/Harrison sold the land (she thought she was the only heir?) and that Moses, Jesse & Liston went to court to get it back, AND that Louisa Terrell is trying to get the land through her father (brother to Logan James) it certainly appears that Logan James didn't have any direct heirs (children or otherwise) and more distant heirs are fussing over who gets the property. Don't you wish you could find the testimony that proved the Bonds and Nowabbi were Logan's heirs?
I hope this helps somewhat with your problem. I know it isn't much to go on. Good luck with your research.

@AnneLoForteWillson I'm most grateful for the time you invested looking it over. I'll need to pick apart what you have provided and lay it up against records that I continue to find 'around the margins', that I hope will bit by bit tie up loose ends that I can pull on…. The records are there, thanks to Full Text Search, but it's complicated as are most of the Dawes records/families. There are too many references to 'cousins', but hard to say what kind. I need to be careful not to assume 'first' cousins.
