There is a knowledge article showing how to do this, "How do I change the order of Memories in an album."
To change the order of memories in a FamilySearch album, sign in to FamilySearch, click Memories, then select your album. Within the album, you can use the Sort feature to choose a display order (like "Date Added," "Date of Memory," or "Title"), or you can manually drag and drop items into a "Custom" order.0 -

I can let you know that a way to change the order in a Memories Album is coming! But there are still a few bugs the Memories Team is addressing.
Eventually, anyone with a Memories Album will be able to reorder the Memories—just please be patient while they fine-tune the programming.
