Need to merge locked profiles for Hyrum Wayne Smith
Hello! I encountered some duplicate profiles that obviously need to be merged. It appears the primary record should be PID LF6T-F5F. They are all listed as siblings in the same family. Here are the IDs:
LF6T-F5F (primary)
LJD3-J4K (duplicate)
LXN2-Z2M (duplicate)
Also, after the merging is complete, there is a duplicate relationship between Hyrum and his father that should be deleted. Thanks for your help!

Good morning. Since yo have the PID numbers you can easily merge them. I found this knowledge article that will assist you in merging the family names.

If you read the heading of this post, you will see the problem the poster is having relates to the read only factor involved here. I believe similar examples have been referred to Admin by a moderator. Otherwise, there is little an FT user can do in such circumstances.

LJD3-J4K and LXN2-Z2M were previously merged into Hyrum Wayne Smith KWHW-HWC.
Are you asking for KWHW-HWC to be merged into LF6T-F5F as well?
