How should I handle things when the given names of two separate individuals are listed, followed by their surname — for example when the line reads Henry R + Julia M. Smith. Is there a way to add an individual so both can be indexed? If I add a highlight to the surname then one individual can be indexed, but then what happens to the second individual?

The second individual will be highlighted in another review instance. You should only review one full name to reach "done."
