How to correct wrong info

my grandmother Hazel, Gertrude Smith is listed in some places as Hazel B Smith and also Darlene Bailey is listed as her daughter. This is untrue.
Darlene Bailey is my aunt through my grandfather. She was only discovered by my father James about 2010 so she is my father‘s half has nothing to do with Hazel Gertrude. I have no information on her mother.
