I can't make a Family tree

Hi, I am looking for my ancestors with the hopes of getting Spanish citizenship through them. I want to make my own family tree and add there my ancestors but it seems that the area I am from is blocked from creating a tree. How do I fix this? I am from the Philippines and currently in the Middle East.

    Have you tried using a VPN and then moving your supposed location to a new country that allows you to use FamilySearch.
