Change default keyboard setting on the server to turn on "accent marks and special characters"
We are the coordinators for our stake family search center. We have staff and patrons that are always working with people from foreign countries and need the diacritic characters and many of them are older and uncomfortable going into settings and making these changes to the system settings. Can you please change the default keyboard settings on the server to turn on "accent marks and special characters" so that when the computers reboot these characters are automatically available for the people in the center.

@Ashlee C. Those of us oldies who work from home would like to see the same thing as part of a toolbar we could add just for FS

If using Chrome, the pre-login screen has a selection feature where you can change the keyboard to the language you prefer. Special characters and accents are then enabled for your language preference (but you will still need to know the keyboard combinations to invoke them)
