Reset password and username. Email and phone number have changed.

I'm working with a member to access her FamilySearch account. She doesn't remember her correct username and password. She no longer has access to the email or phone she used when setting up her account. She does have her member record number. What steps does she need to take to get access?

    i have a Family Search account, but have'nt used it for awhile. I have been trying to login, but it will not recognize my email. I have not changed my email since the last time I used it. What do I need to do to get back into my account?

    My email address is (email removed). I just sent a message about not being able to sign to my Family Search account.

    HI Welcome to FamilySearch Community and asking your question about accounts. This type of issue needs to be handled by phone. Please call 1-866-406-1830, hours are 8 to 8 MT Mon thur Sat, 1 to 8 MT on Sunday. The owner of the account must be present during the phone call. Hope this helps.

    je veux aider une personne à retrouver son identifiant et son mot de passe je suis consultante de Pieu

    elle a un compte que son mari gérait mais il est décédé sans laisser d'indication à ce sujet comment retrouver elle n'a pas d'ordinateur son mari allait au centre familiale elle n'avait pas de regard sur sa généalogie

    I have had a familysearch account for decades but recently have been unable to sign sign in. Even trying to open a new account won't work.

    @MAP6 you will need to contact Support for this.

    Visit https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/familysearch-support-contact-us

    and click on the map representing your region.
