En la ciudad de Chihuahua, a las 5 3/4 (cinco y tres cuartos) de la tarde del viernes 26 de agosto de 1921 (veintiseis de Agosto), mil novecientos veintiuno, ante mí Gabriel Gardea, Juez del Estado Civil, compareció la señora Josefa Domínguez y dijo: ser nativa y vecina de esta Ciudad, con domicilio en la Calle Decima, numero 42 (cuarenta y dos), mexicana, mestiza, soltera de 35 (trenta y cinco) años de edad; y presentó una niña viva, nacida en el mismo domicilio, a la una de la tarde del 26 (veintiseis) de Julio último, a quien puso por nombre Manuela Domínguez, hija natural de la compareciente, quien manifestó que la niña presentada es la quinta, y cuyo nombre se hace constar por haberlo solicitado conformidad con el Artículo 192, ciento noventa y dos de la ley sobre Relaciones Familiares. Fueron testigos de este acto, los señores Trinidad Solís y Francisco Rivero, mayores de edad, el primero vindo, el segundo casaolo, empleados, y viven en las Calles Ventinueve 210 (doscientos diez), y Terrazas 515, quinientos quince, respectivamente.Leída que les fui esta acta, la ratificaron de conformidad, los que supieron hacerlo.

In the city of Chihuahua, at 5:45 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 1921, before me, Gabriel Gardea, Civil Status Judge, Josefa Domínguez appeared and stated: being a native and resident of this City, residing at 42 (forty-two) 10th Street, Mexican, mestiza, single, 35 (thirty-five) years of age; and presented a live girl, born at the same address, at one in the afternoon of the 26th (twenty-sixth) of last July, whom she named Manuela Dominguez, natural daughter of the appearing party, who stated that the girl presented is the fifth, and whose name is recorded because it was requested in accordance with Article 192, one hundred ninety-two of the Law on Family Relations. Witnesses to this act were Mr. Trinidad Solis and Mr. Francisco Rivero, of legal age, living and married, employed, and living at Calle Ventinueve 210 (two hundred ten), and Calle Terrazas 515, five hundred fifteen, respectively. After this act was read to them, they ratified it in compliance, those who knew how to do so.
